Meeting comes with new format. An Action Plan. What the hell is Action Plan? It has Content, Action taken by, Solution and the KPI and signature. The whole action plan, there’s only my name. Pretty obvious i do all the job. Sigh* And those KPI (date lah, babi) are shit. The department head decides when i should finish and not i who decide when i can finish it.
The company wanted a resolution and come out with the smartest idea. Defining each department with their Key Result Area (KRA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Since i can’t scan the thing, i’ll have to type some of it out.
