To look deep into the issue, don’t just blame it on the parents for godsake. Parents do have some roles to play as well. This reminds me of a story of a friend of a friend took his father uniform, wears it and perform road block in one of the dark roads nearby his house. His target was those young motorists and trying to make “something” out of that. (already can guess what I mean?)
