2nd opinion is good. Nonetheless, I ask him not to bring any reports or documents. I don’t know it’s right or not but in my humble opinion, most of them are lazy to verify by re-do the test or doing other test. You can bring the 1st and 2nd report for the 3rd opinion. That’s when there are things to compare.
A friend of mine have problem with his voice box. He consulted first doctor, and recommended him to operate for removal of something-which-i-not-familiar-with. Then he bring the same report to the second doctor and the doctor say the same. The only different is the pricing of the operation procedure. The third one was even cheaper. Now that he have operated, he spend nearly half of the EPF fund and god bless him now.
