No point of pointing finger here and there. On Saturday, I went out for a quick lunch with an old schoolmates of mine in a nearby Carrefour. He drove me there with his new car. There and then, it as usual crowded with many patrons on last minute shopping for the Festival of Light (Deepavali) and Hari Raya (Aidilfitri). As we struggle to find a parking slot, I was furious over a local car which just steered into a special lot for the disabled. Given me the size of Arnold or Mohd Ali, I would go and face them but in reality, being the pain in the neck I complained to my friend, Kok Meng.
He did told me about what he saw in UK compared to Malaysia. There there are parking slot for disabled as well as for medical pratitioner for example doctors. Come to respect to that, there are a lot for us to learn from. I recalled that there is one occassion where I suppose to attend a meeting in one of the banker’s building in town. We reached there quite late and was not able to find a parking slot. It was past 4pm and I suggested to my colleague to park at the disabled parking slot. I assured to him we are just being there temporarily and we were already late. Furthermore, it’s past 4 and by luck there won’t be any PWDs happened to be there at that time. Fortunately, the building management allocated 2 PWDs slot and since we are only occupying one, there’s another one just in case.
Yes, there are rooms and space for debate and flame for the action I done. But hey, at the time of point, it is really the best option I have so far. Just like the case study of below:-
1) it is nearer afterall
2) maybe he shares my love for handicapped toilets because they are so freaking spacious and usually has your own mirror and wash basin! Coolness!***His option to opt for the handicapped toilets caused him to be scolded***
A male handicapped person, who was using the toilet.
I don’t know what the fuck is this person’s problem, but he shouted at the innocent man who opened his door: “You come inside here for what, you are not even handicapped!” and etc scoldings.
Woah, woah! HOLD ON DUDE. You mean only handicapped people can use handicapped toilets?
***Being in the handicapped’s shoe, you also would yell and shouted when suddenly someone stormed into your bathroom while you taking bath. You feel like your privacy being violated. Come on, he just feel violated and trying to defend himself. A reaction and reflexes I would say. ***
At the end of the day, let’s just make love and not war if you really want to make love with XiaXue. *Roll eyes*]]>
On this day..
