theStar, finally after ages of debate whether to have this sex education to be taught in school… the Man are going to implement it. I know that so far in my high school time, sex education was one of the subject we look forward to. Basically it’s on PE. Why? Murthy was kind to share some of the sex education to us.
What worries me now is that if we are going to teach theories on sex, safe sex and precautious method, should we worries that the kids going for practical after that? Common sense what. In science subject, we need to prove these theories and defy the hypothesis. So, when they say using condom can prevent STDs, then they should try it out and perform practical subject on it right? *roll eyes*
On the other hand, with sex education, it can help wolfx to learn more about female anatomy. *grins* In my time, the sex education we can have is to share knowledge among peers, their experience and also from the audio and video aids that available from parents hidden storage or helpful video rental store. Some with internet access can go online with their 36.6kbps modem to download the materials to be share among the rest of the peers.
Now, with sex education to be taught, we can save all the hassle and have the input directly from the teachers. Hopefully these teachers are open minded enough to share these information with the students. These reminds me of my science tuition teacher, Raj often to post question on the sexuality. For example, a plane was exploded in the mid air and the leftover is a piece of pubic area. How to determine whether the pubic area belongs to a male or female just by looking at it?
In my humble opinion, only those whom took the biology classes have the privilege to understand the menstrual cycle therefore able to fully utilise the cycle during the experimental study. Like some of my peers last time didn’t manage to calculate the cycle thus “kena frame” after some time. What to do, get married lor.
I’m looking forward for the media coverage on these issue later on. Parents doesn’t have to teach the bees and honey anymore. ]]>
