Just now, I met friend who was studying in the same course back in college on the msn. Given the thought that he might be in Malaysia after the training oversea, sent by the company as to train his skill for the job he got. The training duration was 3 month if I am not mistaken.

The first thing he told me over the msn was that he is looking for jobs now. Curiously, I asked him why he wanted to look for a job. He told me that he is looking for a new job and applying few via online. His only question provoke my thought about fresh graduates nowadays.

After a year working as salesperson, I met up enough people to shape my thought process. Different people with different stroke. Each and every individual are different by nature. However, most managers I knew are fairly smart and wise. They gave me a lot of pointers in life, work, relationship and more. I’m truly appreciate the fact that I worked with this corporation. They willing to take time to groom you into what you wanted to be. Of course with carrot and stick. But that’s the way to groom a person. Nothing personal. It’s just purely business.

When I post a question to –job hopper–, my intention was to find out what he is looking in the job. The root of the issue itself. A person keep job hopping is pratically because of what? Money? Career? Time? Security? There’s nothing called balance. Let say you looking at money, maybe down the road 5 years you wanted something else. Time? for your family and yourself? Just like the previous colleague I had. After working with the corporation for more than 5 years, he left for a greener pasture (from his point of view) as he wanted more freedom and time for family. Different thing he is looking for now.

Fresh graduates nowadays are purely looking at money. It’s like driven by money. One of the IT Manager once share with me the story how he groomed and trained a fresh graduate to be a knowledgeable and skillful executive. After working for 1-2 years, he decided to left the company to sell some direct selling oil. At first, I don’t know what it was but later I realised it’s something to do with LB. Anyway, back to the story, the manager told me that giving extra money isn’t a problem. How much you want? What is the amount you are seeking? He did talked to one of the operator whom is tendered her resignation. He found out the reason why she wanted to left the company. She told him that the pay is low. The IT Manager told her that he treats everyone the same. Everyone is fairly important and equals in the organization.

She responded by asking him why the hell on earth the managers are being paid higher than the operator. The IT manager was throwing me the question and I got stunned. I was unable to say anything. My mind was blank. I knew I was not up there yet. Up to his wisdom. He told me only one word. “Responsibilty”. Suddenly, I realised the meaning of his statement. Just like the movie Spiderman, with great power comes great responsibility.

My company director did share with me about the work. Work is not just about meeting your KPI (key performance index). Not just to finish your roles and responsibility. Not just within the SoW (Scope of Work) that stated in your employment letter. In fact, when we are out in work, we are building our portfolio. Our own reputation. Given if you are an engineer, you need to be technically sound. This knowledge you are bringing it along with you. If you are a salesperson, your contacts and rapport is what you have with you. These are the soft skills you building or accumulate within you. That’s what is with those people involved in direct sells/multi level marketing. They accumulate their network, contacts and people.

My customer often like to share with me the good old times when he worked not for money but career. Given with lesser pay, or no pay, he willing to work for the company. Won’t ditch the company and after that, he able to climb the corporate ladder. Being loyal to the corporation. And he is here where he is.

Yesterday a friend of mine asked me out for dinner. He haven’t yet to have his dinner at 9pm. I told him, let’s go since he’ll be picking me up from my place.

When he arrived at my house, the first thing he told me is that he wanted to go for clinic. He got allergy and his eyes got swollen. My god. He looks so like EY ET. At first, I was curious why he got swollen eyes? Was he watching too much of porn? Or was he just lack of sleep? Anyway, he told me that he got the allergy from the medication given by his mom. Surprised, I asked what kind of medication. In my mind, I was thinking it could due to viagra or cisco or cailis.

It happens to be antibiotics or some pills that expired the manufacturing date. -_-”
Common sense a bit la. Where can simply take medication one…

Love. The abstract thing of our lives. The intangible portion we can’t quantify. But however, we can’t deny the fact that each and everyone is trying to measure the love. Hence, I’m hooked to the song from Baby - Ai Qing Bu Neng Zuo Bi Jiao.Thinking about it, do you think it can be measured and compared? Certainly we do. Comparing from the every single thing. Those that can be seen, and grab hold off. Then how we comparing to it? Just like the song title, “How Deep is Your Love?” So, if you think the person treat you nice, good looking and love you more. But in what sense?

I mean, come on. Let’s face it. I manage to think of some ways to measure it. We begin with the oral expression. Yes. Oral but not oral sex. Not that your partner loves you more when they perform oral sex on you. Let me rephrase it again. Verbal expression. Do you think their love is deep if given that they expressing their love every day. Or even every hour or single minute? That everyday and night they keep saying that three words, “I LOVE YOU???” To tell you the truth, I am not a person that able to express love verbally. Expecting me to say the three letter words is tougher than cracking the Da Vinci Code. Guess that’s why my ex was pissed off because I never expressed the three letter words when I was with her.

The other way to measuring love which I can barely think of is the minor gifts. So, some would say she/he loves me not when there’s no longer surprise. Of course people love to have received the gift once a while. The issue here is that the certain people doesn’t necessary love to do that. A good scenario here is that one day, you come home and find that suddenly there’s gift for you. A bouquet of flowers for example. Surprised? Of course. But measuring something like gift isn’t a very good way to measure love. What do you think?

Some smart ass might think that love can be measured by services. What you do for her/him? Example like “Dear, my light bulb spoilt adi. Can you come over my hostel to change?” And the idiot just go take a flight from KL to Penang, just to change the light bulb in USM. See. And she just fell over heels in love for his act. Come on. Realistic a bit can ah? Sometimes, it might just an act. Trying to get her to fall in love with you. And measuring that act and when one day.. “You don’t love me anymore!!! I have to call you 72121934 times just to get you to change the light bulb” . See, that’s the disaster to measure a person’s affection towards you.

How about spending time? The longer you with him/her means you love them more? Measuring the love by time? come on. It’s not the way. Like people say, you’ve been with him/her for so and so years. So what? Does it means that you love him/her more? So meaning longer they been together mean the love is deep enough? Puhhleezzz…!! Love is not logic afterall. It’s not like maths. One plus one equals to two.

Physically? Haha. Considering a hot passionate animal-like sex means the measurement of the love? Given she/he willing to go the distance in the love making arts as a love measurement? To me, that’s not true. However, I do agree that if they swallow, that’s the act of love. Yeah baby!! (just to please)

After the longest timeframe for me to work on this stuff, it finally ends. However, today I feel like sick. Much to my dismay, I had headache. Many days of booze can’t even help me much. On the other hand, I did manage to write something off from the o2. It’s pretty much random too.

Nothing was close enough when it comes to comparing the apple to apple. Life is like that. Human nature. Man with their endless ego. Ladies with their need to get pretty. On the other side of the world, rhetorically under the demonic of iron pellets human flesh were pierced. Bloodshed with bloodlust and vampiric mask of death.

Close to here, bodies were purged and feedback was anticipated. Peservence was tested. Fog of war taking over the visibility of the homeland, demanding fake vitality booster. Losing our radiance and the rejuvenation is required.

Taking the timestop to the fountain of youth. refreshing the hit point and the mana, nectar of life. that’s the place life were made. The combination of two opposite items. Scout the place, placing a sentry on wednesday night. Enjoying the friday night like swinging on the monkey king bar.

bash effect is here. Another month to go for a complete bashing. My first bash with the sentinel team. Time is too short. It is time for critical strike, a heavy blow to close the deal. And then it will be my first blood. And keeping the streak, i’ll be godlike.

I’m totally pissed off. Yes. For the first time because it wasn’t my fault after all. I got hold of the pricing because of one bugger come out with the BQ late. Not handling me the proposal and most of all, screwed me upside down like hell.

Sienz, now that I got screwed for pricing part I don’t mind at all but the portion I got screwed on the technical matters is the only one I pissed off at. In fact, pricing always the last thing to be confirmed at the end of the day.

argh~!!! stressed.
