Thinking about writing Proton but then again, thinking back I”ll just rank them based on my personal preferrence as well as my own personal view of the Proton. In fact, to me there are the top 5 models ever produced by Proton. Here’s the countdown:-

5. Tiara

In the automobile industry, continouos research and development (R&D) is neccessary. Hence, after a intensive and heavily funded R&D, they decided to manufacture the Tiara. From the research, they also decided that the subsequent model will be called Tiada as to speak Tiara and Tiada are strongly to reflect the R&D. Unfortunately, the commercial side does not pick up and has been since abandoned.

4. Wira

known as “All Time Favourites”, the Wira managed to survive severe competition from inner and outer industry. Since the Wira available in the market, they quickly gained acceptance and now, it become a family car. Each family will at least used to own one. The reason behind the popularity can be explained through the several models that been introduced. Among of them like, Aeroback, Millenium Edition, Second Edition, Special Edition and so forth. It has minimal changes on the design wise as this has been the image in our hearts.

3. Satria GTi

Build to crash. And proven safe. An old friend used to drive this car and he manage to prove that it was built not only to speed but as well safety measure (airbag). It knows as aluminium reflecting on the silver colour and weight.

2. Juara

Champion. Cute little MPV that reflecting the ability to move around the highly congested city like KL. However, like my boss used to say, Heroes and Champions die faster. I think he got the idea from the chinese movies. All the heroes and champions die first. Now, we don’t get to see much Champion around. Do we?

Last but not least. No #1.

1. Saga Iswara

The model has been tested through time. Serious. Since the birth of Proton, Saga has been. Revolution changes the desgin of the car but yet, still the same old engine. Nothing beats a carburetor. Fuel Injection can eat shits. Hehehe.

So there you go. The top 5 models that leave the mark in my mind. Anyway, worth mentioning models include Arena and Putra.

On the other hand, since last 2 months I’m blogging lesser and lesser. And my traffic goes down south. Sienz. Maybe dunno what to blog about? Or repression? Only me knows. Hehe.

Before the sun rise again, I wanted to share a short story. As this story is meant to dedicate to a familiar face. So familiar so that it never appeared before my very eyes.

a man traveling down south. He was driving a beautiful little cozy house. In the midst of his journey, his path, he decided to pull over and grab a bite or two. Stopping by the rundown tavern he stumbled upon an opportunity. It was an opportunity of his lifetime. He was offered by a dedicated super sales person. A car sales person to be exact with an offer for a luxury convertible. Like any man, the temptation was hard to resist. Like the saying goes, the other side of the grass is always greener.

The decision to be apart from the car he owned for years.Thus she felt sad about it. There is nothing can be done. the man was already on his way down south. Moving on and continuing his journey. Likewise she should not felt despair nor having an emotional breakdown. In fact, she should look forward. For a better tomorrow where there will be a man. A family man that will be bringing her home. for her to provide the means of transportation for him and his family.
