As I am blogging in the middle of night, 3.04am, alone at home. The silence of the night really gets me into the scary and creepy mood. However, I am accompanied by the radio.
Out of nowhere, there is a session from the radio whereby an artist was sharing a story. A story of a man, whom fishing by the seaside. All the time when he manage to caught a big fish, he would eventually release the fish back to the sea. A curious young man saw that and went to the man to ask why he would do release the big fish upon while keeping those smaller fishes.
The response by the man was simply astonishing. He said that he only have a small frying pan that can only cater for the smaller fish. That’s why he been keeping smaller fishes while releasing those bigger one. The morale of the story according to the artist is that we shouldn’t let our current situation to limit our choices and options. We should think outside of the box. Think bigger. Have a big dream. Why drive a Kancil when you can own a Mercedes Benz?
And I learnt that our mind is just like a parachute. We just need to open it. And it works like a rubberband. Keep stretching it by feeding a bigger dream. A different alternatives. Then, it will grow. And expanding itself. Finally the sky will be your limit. *enuff said* Time to sleep.
