There are times when we need to deal with customers with different characters. These can be annoyance especially those who does not know their limit. In fact, recently I was confronted with one. All he wanted is better value for the price he is paying. In fact, he is getting far more than what he deserved. Well, I might say it from my point of view but I do agree that if I am were in his shoe, I would do the same. Just like they say, "wearing different cap in different occassion"

 

Despite that, I still need to deal when them in the end of the days. *sigh* have to learn how to love them. :D
