When I tuned to Jeff…

Understanding Me, Myself

It all begins in the year 1996. I was bored and I found an old cassette tape in my sister’s drawer. It appeared that the cassette was taken from my brother’s car. The habit of borrowing and then convert to personal belonging seems to be the culture. Hahaha…

I had it inside my first walkman back then. Listening while commuting to tuition downtown. Back then my mandarin was terrible. I couldn’t even catch a word he sang. Slowly, I start to look into the lyrics. I learn and improve from there. The love songs…. ehmm.

Now occassionally when I am feeling blue, I will definitely play his CD. Like a therapy. Sort of. When i walk down any music stores, I would browse for Chinese music section to see if I missed out any of his cds. Not yet complete but whenever I had chance, I won’t miss it.

Last week, I bought the The Next Eternity ?????(Xia Yi Ge Yong Yuan) from Tower Records in KLCC after the lunch with Linpeh. He’s growing taller horizontally. Hahaha…

On this day..
