As we are ushering the year of rat/rodent/mouse/hamster, it was beyond my comprehension that there is these few types of rodent species that reflect each and everyone. It will reflect one characters as well as the type of the person are for the year of rat.

The above was a word I re-learn again in my life. Due to the work changes, the word “discipline” I am revisiting again. It is all about the learning how to set discipline for myself. Being discipline means a lot for military. That’s why in the military management, there’s only 4 answers were acceptable.

The reason for the military management to be enforced was that to simplified the responses and at the same time to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and orders.

So, the next question would be whether the military management will be enforced in my work place? If it were to be, I would rather imagine myself to be in a boot camp. Undergoing such tremendous torture and suffering is just to discipline myself, which in this case most likely unpleasant.

Therefore, alongside with this reminds me of the — whereby the family by itself cannot create the value but rather leaving for our dear government to do it for us. That’s what I think the — were all about. Just look at the commercials or the advertisings and the entire picture painted was that your kids will turn out better after attending the 3 months whatever that is they do over there.
