Live it to the fullest. Everyday when we wake up, we have the choice to choose how to spend the day with. With a smiley face to begin the day with? or a sad face to begin with? Every now and then, it is much easier said than being done.

Are you a laughter person? I used to tell myself that if you can put a laugh on yourself, then there ain’t no problem that you cannot overcome. Optimistic always seems the word to describe the person who keep thinking for the ideal things to come by.

Thus in the times when things are rough and tough for me, I wished that I do have the strength to just smirking smile and laugh at the situation I am in. Ridicule myself to the extend that what I am going through is just a small tiny matters compare to the rest of the world.

Some said I am in self-denial. Perhaps?

Just last Saturday the company was organizing a team building session which to me it failed to deliver the expected except the story on the positive vs negative. The trainer show us a memo and requested all of us to chip in 5 comments from what we could derive from the memo. Everyone then share their comments. Each of it was a negative comment. Criticism.
