Food for Thoughts, To Ponder About No Comments

Talking about coincidence. Last evening a friend send me a sms and then again, I stumbled upon him later that night at Mali’s Corner @ TBR having nasi lemak. Yummy!

His sms was….

Test: There’s a very very tall cocount tree and there are 4 animals. King Kong, an Ape, an Orangutan and a Monkey pass by. They decide to compete to see who is the fastest to get a banana off the tree. Who do you guess will win? ;)

I made a wrong answer.
Then I forward to few of my friends and some also provided the wrong answer. There are also few that are able to provide the right answer. So what is your answer?

Love is the answer - but while you’re waiting for the answer, sex raises some pretty good questions.

is the time we are on our deathbed. It is the time when our friends will give their eulogy of us, and our enemies shall dance on our grave.

Sounds morbid. In a way, yes. I am in my full mood swing now. Back to the above, it was the perception that was painted by the society today. Just last Saturday the company was organizing a team building session which to me it failed to deliver the expected except the story on the positive vs negative. The trainer show us a memo and requested all of us to chip in 5 comments from what we could derive from the memo. Everyone then share their comments. Each of it was a negative comment. Criticism.

I always love most of their songs. For they paint the love with their songs. It has been sometime I really tune to them. A bit of ballads and this seems to be out of the season where it’s more of a hip hop culture.

Studying cows, pigs and chickens can help an actor develop his character. There are a lot of things I learned from animals. One was that they couldn’t hiss or boo me.

James Dean

Like my friend says, he rather go diving as the fishes won’t scold him. :D
Hence, he went to live out in an island as a diving instructor. Out from the world today to say the least.

If you’ve had a relationship with someone and you try to become friends afterwards, it’s very difficult. Because you know each other so well it’s like two magician trying to entertain each other. The one goes, ‘Look, a rabbit.’ The other goes, ‘So?… I believe this is your card.’ ‘Look, why don’t we just saw each other in half and call it a night?’

Life and its beauty

To Ponder About No Comments

As life in general, there are many phases. Everyone will eventually go through it. Either sooner or later. Maybe in sequences or maybe not. It is without you knowing it. The moment you realized it is over.

Some of these phases gives you sweet and warmth loving memories. You will smile just thinking about it. Never been before we will think about it. There more we think, the more we wanted to go back to that period of time in life. Just to cherish it one more time.

Some will leave a deep scar. So deep that you feels the agony, the pain and the bitterness whenever you think about it. Usually we can see it from the death, the mourning, the demise and so on. Letting it go is part of the process to go through in these stages. It is not so easy. It is not just we can let it go by talking about it. All I can say is only time heals. The length of the period needed is up to individual. It might takes days, or month and to some even years. Worse case is those can never let it go. They held it back deep inside their heart. Till the Ripper came knocking at their door.

Memories aren’t easy to forgotten. Be it sweet nor bad. It is just how we view it. Human have weak minds. We always try to logic ourselves out from the issues. Just my recent case, that I never thought about the outcome of my action. Indeed when it happens, it turns out to be a bad memory but on the other side of the table, it seems to be a sweet memory. After all, if I were to look into it as a process, it was good while it last. Sweet or not, I decided about it.

And some people say “that’s life”

Goes were those phases that are so mundane that we passed by unknowingly, unnoticeable and perhaps inappreciatively. Then when that phase is gone, we will realized that it was not well treasured. But what bygone be bygone; that that phase has ended hence there is no turning back. Can we opt to just regrets? I fairly doubt so. Yes, those phases are so mundane that we at times take it for granted. There is no point to cry over split milk. Instead I would rather to choose to find something from those phases to remember. Be it bitter sweet but as long as it is something I had before. Learn to appreciate all those. Make it as a blessing in disguise.

Come to the time we look back at those phases and start to wondering. Pondering about life. Then the ultimate question arise. “WHY?” Can we learn something out of it? Or we might not? Most of the time it is because we are looking at the wrong direction. It is there but we just keep looking far above that we often forgotten those below it. You always aims for the sky and stars but what about those beautiful doves flying around. Those colorful flowers? The crystal clear river and sea. The lushly green trees. So when it happen, make sure you know where to look at.

Being a human is a trial in life. We ought to seek for something. But not perfection. Only fools, mediocre fools will lust for perfection and continuously seeking it. The only perfection I learned from was there is top 10 perfection. All these perfection are the typical perfection but the last and the final one is the defective perfection. When we are able to embrace one’s weakness and defects, it becomes perfect. For we know that there’s no one is perfect.

So when we are down or happy, let just remember that it is just a part of the life phases we need to go through. Yes, if we are need to go through it why not make it a happier walk and journey instead?

When the phases of life is seems forever for you, it is because you still haven’t let it go. Reminds me of the story about the two monks and a beautiful woman.

When a naked man is chasing a woman through an alley with a butcher knife and a hard-on, I figure he isn’t out collecting for the Red Cross.

Today, the sun have yet not rise from the west. I have been anticipating for it but yet, it does not happened. How come? Do I have other choice but to keep looking forward for this someday to happened?

there goes our privacy

To Ponder About No Comments

With the matters of the domestic issues such as the kidnapping cases, we begin to implement a lot of wireless CCTV or even wired CCTV just to keep an eye of everything. Even there is this move of placing sufficient eyes all over the city of Kuala Lumpur just to keep everyone safe. Hindering the threats from snatch thieves, kidnappers and so on.

The questions lies whether those are necessary when our people play their parts of keeping the country safe and sound; or the cameras in place are those qualify to act as real surveillance system?
