Gmail : Behind the Scene

One word : creativity.

It was that being outside of the box. Limit ourselves not by the boundaries. Unlimited form of expression. Everything is possible. Nothing is impossible. Just need to take was an imagination. Finding different perspective of the matters. The different views and ways of handling it.

That is what people behind Google had in their mind. It was expected from the collaboration project. Just a clip from each of the Gmail users and viola, we now had the final cut released from Google.

We asked you to help us imagine how an email message travels around the world. All it took was a video camera, the Gmail M-velope ( ), and some creativity — and, wow, did you get creative!

The clips you submitted were amazing and it was hard to choose selections for the final video featured here. You can check out all of the submissions we received on YouTube, and read more about it on the Official Gmail Blog.
Enjoy!

Take a look.

300 The Movie

Reviews 1 Comment

When my colleagues and friends share with me about the movie 300, I knew that I won’t have my time to watch it. I was busy. Pretty occupied back then. I missed the show on the silver screen. Felt sorry for myself for not enjoying the sounds effect in the cinema.

It doesn’t matter anymore. Why? Coz I couldn’t resist myself but getting a DVD 9 of the movie from my DVD vendor. Just after watching it, I felt something is missing. Something is wrong. So wrong that there is another version of it that we shouldn’t miss. It compliment the movie instead. Now, everyone can watch.

Youtube have it. I have it embedded down here.

Guys, especially!! meet this hottie girl I used to study together in college. Nope. Too bad we didn’t have any project together last time. She’s hot I tell you. Fair. Lovely. Vibrant smile. Go go go~! Take a good look at her new blog. A well-rounded composition too. No wonder they as in my former collegemates say that her demand for a companion aka boyfriend is THAT demanding.

And she also got adsense here and there.. Woot~! enough of promote. :D

A friend of mine whom recently turned towards the Internet business for her baby tee. Using blogspot as platform, she will post most of the photos of her artwork there. Handmade tees, Artwork tees, designed tees, custom-made tees, you name it….

All of the tees are handmade so it is truly by herself at the time being. Therefore, quantity will be limited but rest assure as I knew her in person and her quality is there. Take a look at what she had produced!! I personally like the one below.

Based on a fiction novel, I’ve watched it over a DVD from a friend… It basically tell how the Britain or Britinia was founded. Watever. i was so boring that I don’t have any stuff to watch. Hence turn on the movie for the sake of wasting my time at home.

For more spoiler, google the title and you get a plenty of them. Kind of boring I would say. *yawn*

I was at Berjaya Times Square this evening. Wanting to get a seat myself to watch alone any movie of my choice but to my surprise, there aren’t much choices left. Having watched Simpsons and Transformers, there left only Invisible and Invinsible Target as well as Flash Point. I’ve decided to skip and headed to Border.

There and then I found a book from Max Tucker entitled “I Hope There Is Beer in Hell” which reminds me of Fireangel. She such a doll. Don’t believe me? Go hunt her down in her blog. Too bad her last Harajuku was eons ago. Plead her. Maybe she will do it again.

Sh!t. I ran away from the topic. *Shrugs* Later

The Price to Pay

The year is 2057, 5 scores from the years before. The vast advancement of the technology, with the introduction of the micro computing. A hybrid of the nano technology on electron and mechanical. The world had then become a smaller place. All living in a virtual society. In fact, the virtual village has been costing million of money involved. The last heard was the Giggle had become the single solution corporation. Covering all sort of chain of supplies.

In this minor shape piece of land, a young chap in his 20s now working from home. He not only working as the consultant in the medical line. Providing advises and issuing the prescription online. Like his generation, he had himself a blog with a huge fan base. Millions of his fans tune to his blog every hour. It is sensational thing of the time. However, 2 years ago… he had lost everything. He was vanished from the cyberspace. No one knew what happened to him. Some says that he was conquered. Some say he was abducted by aliens.

Now that he is back. He blogged about his 2 year experience. The first post begins like this.

The night couldn’t be any darker in the days. I was in the midst of doing tubing (similar to old days of YouTube) when somehow the electricity kick off. The room was consumated by the darkness. It’s only pitch black. I barely could see anything. Not even my own hand. Suddenly, my window glass break and followed with the flashes of bright light. I was temporarily blinded as my pupil was wide open to see in the dark, the flashes of light doesn’t give an ample time for the changes.

It seems for the next 30 seconds, I am lost in my own room. Hearing footsteps climbing over the window pane, I was forced to ground. Taken by surprise, I was helpless. At that moment, I can only pray and I weep in fear for not knowing what happened. They are men in uniform. Vaguely, I remembered that there were some initial on their shirt…. Something with I,5,A.

By the time I know, counting the numbered days… the Earth had been circling the Sun twice. In these hard times, I barely could catch a glimpse of ray from the Sun……

And that was the story…

Not the ol’ Ivan’s quote “Ivan The Greatest” sort of thingy. What not but not least that somehow it’s altogether a different perspective of life. With the Francis Lawrence (Constantine) being the director, I shall expecting something more out of the movie. Set in December 14, 2007 which happens to be Judee birthday.

There’s still long way to go.

Bring the realitity show to the next level, we have kid’s reality show. Just for kids. Even better than our explorace or even the watever kid show on the air. CBS is starting with the new show during this fall. With 40 Kids. Not sure if it’s going to be shown over here in Malaysia. Let’s see about it.

40 children, 40 days, no adults—eager to prove they can build a better world for tomorrow in the new reality series KID NATION. Episodes end with a town meeting in which the kids award one child a gold star worth $20,000, all leading to the grand finale, with an unimaginable test, the biggest awards and a special surprise for every child.

Fantastic Four : The Rise of Silver Surfer

Outings, Reviews No Comments

A friend of mine, Gary invited me for a movie. I went and watched the Fantastic 4 at 1 Utama last night. With much reviews and feedback, I shall keep my so-called review plain short and simple. Overall, I would like to believe that the second installment is just merely a follow up from the first movie. It reflect the beginning of the Fan4 team, and basically character development.

10m

Silver Surfer (Norrin Radd) and Dr Doom played important roles for the character development especially for the Torch. A pretty good insight to ponder as well. What kind of individual we are that we keep on focusing things that are just materialistics?

It’s much more better than its predecessor. But most comic fans are expecting something further more than it. Just because the Silver Surfer himself is houlier-than-thou. :D Enough with the talking. Let’s see what other movies shall come back with their promised trailers.

By the way, it was the first time I went to watch at 1Utama’s GSC. To be frank, it is a pleasant cinema to be in with comfy couch.
