I don’t have friends so I have to read the book. Heh!! More then a century old book but worth the time to read. Just to learn about some soft skills in dealing with people. Yes. People.
People happened to be a tough and pain in the neck to manage. Everyone is different but rather the same in a ways or two. Dale Carnegie put it best in his book. How to win friends and influence people - which basically it is about the art dealing with people. Just at times we often forget the simple things and overrated with those complex and scientific stuff how to do it.
In his book, Dale detailed the basic and the principle when it comes to manage people’s expectation. No matter how long ahead, I would say it can continuously be applied as its like a bible for human communication. Even it has been written so long ago.
