Not sure what is with the title. Just felt that the opening has to do with my so-called the Monday Blues. I hate Monday seriously to begin with. Not that it’s not that good but rather, I have to face the beginning of the day with just the typical emotion.

Especially turning this week, a week of holiday season mood. Everyone or most the people in the town is leaving, heading back straight to kampung. Leaving the hustle and bustle of the city hectic life. As the town turn to greater silence, I couldn’t fathom the fact that deep down inside me I felt something strange.

Waking up this morning, halfway sober still stoned from the wines and beers I took the night before. I came to realization that my conversation last night seems unfiltered. Or to put it in a right way is that I regret of what I have said, when I came under stress. *sigh*
can let the done be undone? yes if I have found the time machine.

Just as I told Ivan last night, I am planning to retire this domain from a personal blog into … something else when I come to think of it. Slowly, I will redirect all the traffic to http://frostier.net to become the new blog domain. It still far from ready, ready still afar. Let see how the progression are being made over time.

Lately, I’ve been under attack with the wedding invitation. Enjoying the time meeting up with old friends and making new friends. Coincidentally the other day I was wearing the same Polo Shirt with another guy.

On the other hand, managed to finish the book “The Art Of Intrusion” as reading pace has been slow. It’s good that I can eventually focus my reading attention to the “Barbarian at the gates” which is at the crucial stage. The RJR Nabisco bidding among the 3 groups.

Work by itself starting to getting out of hand. Unable to handle the workload or lazy to handle the workload, I seriously letting the job getting into my asshole. I have to cover the shit I have been leaving it uncovered. Time to do some housekeeping.

What else I can think of…. nothing in particular. Need to organize the Setapakian orgy this weekend. Tired.

Catching up with an old friend, JL as to remain him in the dark. A very old one indeed. I knew him since 1989 and he is a very typical “banana” guy. The reason coined him for being ‘banana’ is his inability to speak in mother tongue. Yes, despite he is a Chinese but unable to speak any of the dialect reflecting him being a very ‘banana’ back then. Now, I am blogging this post is dedicated to him as to remind him for getting me into trouble back in primary school then.

Before i even start to talk about the incident particularly, he was one of them whom got me into a lot of trouble. However, there’s one incident that I should not put the blame on him but rather, myself as well for being mischevious. I recalled me being caned and punished by my parents for going to his place to play marbles @ the rooftop, and his parents insist that I stay back for dinner before heading home. Because of that, my parents was furious as I was only 12 years old that time and they were concern about my safety especially when I get back home that late.

Anyway, coming back to the incident where he got me into the trouble was back in Standard 5. I was a prefect back then. A rotten one to say the least. So coincidentally, this JL was working on some lyrics. It happened to be that he was working on Que Sera Sera, with a slight twist here and there. He shared it with me and here is how it suppose to be…

Just a slight change on that, I inserted one of the classmate name and sing in front of him. Back then, I was naive and doesn’t even understand the meaning of ‘fucker’. This friend of mine, Andy when I sang the song to him ended up pissed off. He reported the incident to a teacher. Not sure which one but I ended up facing the music.

The whole class knew about it and then, suddenly the entire class knew about the word “fuck” and “fucker” means. I still can remember there’s one classmate who find me the answer by flipping through his dictionary.

Oh well…

I got invited to the Maybank2U v2.0 Preview on Monday held in Delicious, Marc Residence. It was a privilege to be invited to be part of this event and be amongst the selected to try out the latest m2u.

Last time I blogged about RM10 charges for the usage of Maybank2u but it turns out that’s not true as it only applies to Internet Business Banking. There’s nothing have to do with the consumer side, like you and I.

Anyway, coming back to the Sneak Peek of M2U 2.0 which is very interesting to begin with. Getting the information from Ahmad Shareza, the Head of Virtual Banking at Maybank told that there’s 3000 static pages. It’s freaking hell a lot and to make it worse, they took shotgun approach and dump everything up there.

Since M2U considered to be the pioneer in the Internet Banking (IB) space in this country, they have done a great job doing benchmark, comparison, study and etc to work on the 2.0. These people took a great deal of length to work on the User Interface. If it’s not user friendly, how good and how fast also no point. Just compare to Google. Simple and user-friendly. With the interface that feels like Wordpress, it seems to be silky smooth rather than the old one.

With 2.0, the display of the content is much more easier for browsing. Seriously speaking the new site is build with accessibility, functionality in mind. Here’s how it looks like…
