I grab it from a bookshelf in one of my friend’s house. Grace. What so amazing about grace? Anyway, i read it because of the word ‘Grace’. It has something to do with the person I came to know, touched me once for her gracefulness. So, when I saw that book I knew that I going to start reading and finished it.
Over the time, I learned that God have His grace to His people. The same kind of grace sometimes is often overrated in todays society. Do we really know grace? Do we really understand it? I never used to understand what the hell is the grace period for. Until one day, I brought Grace to Heritage Rows where a guy shared with me about the meaning of grace. Something unmerited, not deserving but yet bestowed upon us. And that what Grace means to me. But like true it may be sound, Grace is someone I don’t deserve at all.
Back to the book review, Philip shared a lot about the practicality and the practices that can be applied on pertaining grace in Christian’s life. In fact, in today ever changing world how one can be content graciously over moral issues that everyone shall face upon. The forgiveness on the wrongdoings and stuff like that.
A little hard to understand at the first place because the nature of the book is falling on Christianity. But as I read through, I learned more about grace than I ever know. Definitely, Philip is the writer of his kind.
